Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Brim EV service. It may comprise information such as your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our service you visit, the date and time of your visit, the duration of your visit to those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
When you access the service via a mobile device, we may automatically collect certain information, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, its unique ID, your mobile device's IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you wish to delete your account, please log in to your account, click on your avatar, go to the [User Info Page], and click on the [Delete Account] button. Follow the instructions to cancel your account. Before you delete your account, please read, understand, and agree to the following:
Account deletion is an irreversible operation. After deleting your account, you will not be able to use it again, and you will lose access to related services.
All your personal data, including but not limited to user information (cell phone number, password), platform information (type of platform accessed), and device information (added device information, configured network information), will be erased and cannot be recovered.
We recommend backing up your account-related information and data and ensuring that all services related to this account have been properly handled before logging out.
Following completion of the deletion process, Brim EV will delete your personal information or anonymise it, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
Account deletion results in the termination of services provided to you and the cessation of the rights and obligations agreed upon by both parties in the User Agreement and Privacy
Policy, unless otherwise stipulated by law, regulation, other terms on this page, or unless it is inherently non-terminable.
If your account is involved in a dispute during the cancellation period, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitrations, investigations by state authorities, etc., please understand and agree that Brim EV has the right to terminate the account cancellation at its sole discretion without your consent.
Deletion of your account does not waive or relieve you of any responsibility for the conduct of the account or related liability before the account's deletion.
We deeply regret your decision to delete your account. If you still choose to proceed with account deletion, your account must meet the following conditions:
The account is not associated with a hardware device.
The account is in a secure state, meaning it is in normal use and not at risk of theft or in a blocked state.
The account has been cleared of any assets, debts, outstanding funds, or virtual benefits (including membership benefits, etc.).
There are no pending or disputed services on the account, whether on the account itself or on third-party services accessed through the account.
If the Company becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be obligated to disclose your Personal Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
